國家文化部下轄之國立傳統藝術中心宜蘭傳藝園區，位於宜蘭縣五結鄉濱海公路旁，冬山河風景區內。佔地24公頃，每年平均有130萬遊客到訪，是宜蘭縣最知名的觀光景點之一。園區設施以仿聚落型態興建，從信仰中心到街坊、從保存傳習到展演推廣。富有傳統文化特色的建築群，其建築手法或遵循傳統技法，或運用現代美學，仿造三、四十年代臺灣民間聚落，處處可見當時生活的縮影，深具文化內涵。軟體經營上依歲時節慶規劃展演活動，呈現臺灣常民文化的工藝展覽，讓遊客得以體現臺灣常民文化美學。
