位於台2線濱海公路149.3K旁，面積約4.48公頃，設有展覽空間、圍笑聚落館與戶外園區空間，由知名建築師黃聲遠規劃設計，以「空出谷地，看見沙丘」為核心概念，融合宜蘭地方自然元素呈現沙丘地景風貌及沙穴建築空間，是壯圍最具代表性的旅遊地標。

主體建築採清水模工法鋪陳樸實靜謐的質感，簡約流動的建築線條交織融合，搭配光線的穿透映射，處處可見氛圍感十足的光影空間。

館內提供穆斯林祈禱室，戶外園區除了規劃良善的休憩園地，每當活動舉辦期間還能看到結合當地意象的藝術造景，每一件作品都能吸引許多遊客拍照打卡。

 

Located near the 149.3km mark of Provincial Highway No. 2, covering an area of about 4.48 hectares, this park features exhibition spaces, mini cultural fair, and outdoor areas. Designed by renowned architect Huang Sheng-yuan, the center embodies the concept of "valleys and sand dunes". It integrates natural elements to showcase unique architectural spaces inspired by sand dunes and caves, making it Zhuangwei's most representative tourist landmark. The main building's raw concrete style creates a simple, tranquil ambiance.

Interweaving architectural lines and penetration of light generates a dramatic space filled with shadows. Muslim prayer rooms are available in the visitor center.

The outdoor area offers well-designed recreational space. During events, there are also art installations that draw many photoseeking visitors.
